Depending on who you are talking to. If you are talking to a person who came from a small town where high school sports was a source of entertainment then sports would be more important than theatre.

If you are talking to a person who is not a sports fan and did a lot of theatre and love it then that would be more important.

As for me I think the two can co-exist together. They both have equally importance in our world. I think our young people need to be more well rounded and not think that sports is the be all end all and the same thought about theatre.

I am well rounded where I do enjoy sports and at the same time I love community theatre.

it depends upon ur liking and on ur preferance.if u are much aware of ur body u will prefer sports and if u have interst in watching n performing u will love theatre. i personally find sports r good for ur body and any art like thatre.music,paintig etc are for ur soul.
Yes. Sports are way more important than theater.
No! I think they should both be on an equal playing field. Its a shame that in some cases theater and the arts (in general) are the first programs to go in society, and sports are put above all else. Id rather see High regard for both than favoritism to one!
