Is it possible to connect a home theater receiver with a pc?

If the PC has a sound card, or built in sound on the motherboard there will be one or more mini stereo jacks (usually coloured green, pink, etc) on the back. You can use a mini stereo plug to stereo RCA adapter cable (See link for picture)to connect the line out stereo jack to a stereo input on the HT receiver. This will give you stereo sound (or matrix surround if you use the Prologic setting on the HT).
