The free movies is a great benefit especially if you enjoy movies. I worked at one for about 7 years it was my favorite job and the only reason I left was because the company moved out of town. Just be prepared to work alot of weekends cause that is the busiest time. Good luck.

I never worked there but I have friends who have before and they liked it and they got to watch movies for free.....
free movies when ever you want for you and a guest, it is worth it if you are a movie buff like I am. good luck

Ability to get hired at any theater in the country provided you don't screw up so as long as you learn as many as the positions (concessions, usher, box office, projection) as possible (very good idea) for the rest of your life if you need a part job or just a fun job you have an in that's fairly fun and not fast food.
